My good friend, fellow illustrator and partner in crime Åsa Wikman is curating an exhibition in London this summer called A study of Sports of Leisure.

The show focuses on character design and features work from ten illustrators; Mogu Takahashi, Kate Hindley, Sarah Ray, Lorna Scobie, Åsa Wikman, Danijela Dobric, Mr Millerchip, Karen Cheung, Mat Pringle and me.

It will be running between 6th of June to the 28th at Exposure Gallery, 22-23 Little Portland Street, London W1W 8BU

“This quirky Victorian poster features the Clever Cats, who performed in an 1888 show at London Pavilion, Piccadilly. The original poster is part of the British Library’s Evanion Collection of over 5000 pamphlets, handbills and miscellaneous printed matter relating to Victorian entertainment and everyday life, collected by the stage magician and ventriloquist Henry Evans - Evanion to his audience.”
